Normal budget option. If you need to spend a few days in Rome economically, this is a good option. The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive to any request. The room is clean and the cleaning is done daily. Breakfasts are simple but good - the pastries are great, the coffee is great. The location of the hotel, though far from the center, but quite convenient - right next to a huge amount of transport - buses, trams. Very easy to get to any point in Rome. Buses H or 8 will take you very quickly to Termini station, tram 8 - to Piazza Venezia. Near the hotel there are many small shops and a wonderful patisserie with great Italian sweets.
The hearing is mind-boggling (as in most cases in Italy). The bathroom in the room is cramped. On the walls of the room in some places you can see stains from dampness. The area of the hotel is dirty.

Gorgeous, overall clean hotel with very good services, I appreciated its quiet atmosphere. Really helpful and attentive staff, they had a shuttle to the airport. The restaurant was pleasant for dinner, I tried hot dishes. The bedroom was comfortable and had a decent size private bathroom. The location was incredibly comfortable and easy and the private parking was on the street.

The room was spacious enough, but my daughter's blanket was dirty when we arrived.

The vibe here was quiet. I ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. It was in a decent and easy location, good value.

we went for a walk, we informed the administrator that our bathroom fan had broken down. we got back, everything was already working, there was no trace of the repairs. hotel is very clean, cleaning every day, bed is comfortable. bed is comfortable, in principle, all the sights can be reached on foot. We only used transport once when we went to the Vatican. that's because we wanted to get there early so we wouldn't have to wait in line. By the way, hotel is a 3-minute walk from the train station, takes you almost to the Vatican - 6 minutes by train and another 5-7 minutes on foot... Across the street, almost reaching the railway station, there is a supermarket. hotel has a very cheerful and friendly bartender. For breakfast (buffet) - a lot of sweets, cereal, cheese, sausage, ham, cereals, tea, milk and even hot chocolate.
We arrived 3 hours early and wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel to go for a walk, but for 3 hours of storage we had to pay 15 euros! (for comparison - in Athens 3 euros for 12 hours). We decided that 3 hours is not much and we will sit in the lobby, especially since there is free wi-fi and computer. But during this time we were terribly frozen, because the air conditioner in the hall was working at full speed - in general, we took turns going to warm up in the street)).

The proximity to the train station made our
Stay convenient for day trips around Rome. The staff was friendly and helped us plan our sightseeing itinerary. The breakfast could have offered more variety, and the WiFi was weak in our room on the third floor.

Villa Rosa was perfectly clean, the staff were very helpful with giving us directions to town and back to the airport (and spoke very good English). The included breakfast buffet was fine--pastries, cereal, ham, cheese, bread, coffee, juices--not ideal but it was great for a free breakfast. Our room was small, but the bathroom was great and it was perfect for us because we didn't spend any time in there except to sleep.
The only drawback to Villa Rosa is the location. It's in the very south of Rome so we had to take a 15 minute tram ride into the city everyday but it was very easy because the tram stop is a 3 minute walk from the hotel and it stops right in the center of the city.

Hi, a stayed in double room at hotel villa rosa, so hotel location is very good, you can get a tram couple minutes from hotel (number 8) and go to the argentina stop, there you can find bus turistics, or if you want travel by yourselfs than you can travel with tram buses whatever you want, so location and transportation is perfect, rooms are clean, breakfast good, personal ok. Safe place.
Noisy from outside, shower very small not comfortable. Bed is from two parts, so it's not at all....

The shower was too small. Breakfast was too basic. I also did not like the location because of the nearby steps.

The breakfast was surprisingly impressive for a 3-star hotel, filled with great pastries. My room was clean and comfortable, but the bad smell from the shower was a downside.
